Creating a Primary Sale

A primary sale enables you to list your NFTs for sale directly to Open Loot users. NFTs sold via a primary sale are meant to be limited in both amount and window of availability. Please contact your Open Loot representative to begin the process of creating a primary sale. You will be expected to provide the following information:

Sale Details

  • Game: The game that the NFTs are associated with.

  • Sale Name: The name of the sale to be displayed on the primary sale page.

  • Sale Date and Time: The date and time that this sale becomes open for users to being purchasing. Prior to this sale date, a clock will be displayed that counts down to this date and time.

  • Sale Description: The description of the sale to be displayed on the primary sale page. (<250 characters)

  • NFTs for Sale: The list of pre-minted NFTs to be associated with this sale. For each NFT:

    • NFT Descriptive Identifier: The NFT descriptive identifier, as defined during the pre-minting process, also referred to as the Option Name.
    • Price in USD: The price for a single issue number of this NFT.
    • Total Supply available for sale: The amount of issue numbers from this NFT that have been made available for sale. When all NFT issue numbers have been purchased, this NFT collection is considered "Sold Out". This is not the max issuance of NFTs to be pre-minted. This is only the amount within the max issuance that you want to make available to purchase during this sale.
    • Transaction Limit: The maximum number of NFT issue numbers a user will be able to purchase in a single transaction.
    • Whitelist: If the whitelist is enabled, then this item can be sold only to whitelisted users.
      • Whitelist Amount: This is the amount of units (out of the "Total Supply available for sale") that are reserved for whitelisted users. Once this amount is sold, it is open to the public. If you want this sale to remain whitelisted users only, then this should be equal to the "Max Amount to buy". (optional)
      • Whitelist Time: This is the date/time after which the sale will be open to the public. If you want this sale to remain whitelisted users only, then you can leave this blank. (optional)
